Printing services, food, beverages, propane gas, softballs, stationery, t-shirts, caps, clear plastic courier bags, office equipment (new and used) of all kinds, and a host of other items are required for our fund-raising events. Almost any item can be auctioned or used to reduce our costs, which results in a larger contribution to the hospitals.

Prize Auction

The silent prize auction is held on the last day of the Sian Bradwell Softball Tournament. Some of the items auctioned in the past include:

sports equipment (softball, golf, hockey, or any other)
telephones, answering machines
stationery supplies
computer software
small household items
gift certificates, dinners for two certificates, etc.
promotional items with corporate identification (golf umbrellas, golf balls, briefcases, coffee mugs, t-shirts, sports bags, etc.)
articles of clothing (jeans, coats, shirts, etc.)
electronic goods (radio, television, small kitchen appliances, computer-related, cameras, printers, etc.)
tools, kitchen utensils, hardware items
weekend getaway packages, airline points
household linens (comforters, sheets, pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, tablecloths, towels, etc.)
surplus inventory, discontinued product lines
certificates for services ...

The list of articles which can be used is endless, and all are greatly appreciated.

Food and Beverages

The refreshment stands at the 4 parks provide one of our main sources of revenue. The generosity of our food and beverage sponsors allows us to keep costs to a minimum, which benefits the participants of fundraising events.
