Advertisements can be placed in the yearbook which is printed in early July and distributed at all fundraising events in Montreal and Toronto, as well as other areas where we have donors and sponsors. The book doubles as a programme for the 4-day softball tournament. Copies of the 124-page booklet are distributed to the 38+ participating teams, supporting fans, sponsors, donors, organisers of all fundraising events and other interested parties. Text and pictures are printed in black and white; masks may be printed in colour. Advertising rates for the yearbook are:

Printing specifications

A high-contrast business card or company logo should be submitted for best reproduction. Logos of different sizes should be submitted so that the maximum size can be inserted into the advertisement box. Film may be submitted, but is not necessary.

Invoices are provided for income tax purposes. The deadline for submitting advertising copy, company logos or business cards is June 15th.
