Advertising

Advertisements can be placed in the yearbook which is printed in early July and distributed at all fundraising events in Montreal and Toronto as well as other areas where we have donors, sponsors and events. The book doubles as a programme for the 4-day softball tournament in Montreal. Copies of the 88-page booklet are distributed to all participating teams, supporting fans, sponsors, donors, organisers of all fundraising events and other interested parties. Text and pictures are printed in black and white; masks are printed in colour. Advertising rates for the yearbook are:

Printing specifications

A high-contrast business card or company logo should be submitted for best reproduction. Logos of different sizes should be submitted so that the maximum size can be inserted into the advertisement box. Film may be submitted, but is not necessary.

Invoices are provided as proof of business expenses for income tax purposes. The deadline for submitting advertising copy, company logos or business cards for printing is June 15th; banners may be submitted up to the day prior to the start of the event.
