Sponsorship Opportunities

There are several ways in which companies and individuals may sponsor one of the fundraising events conducted by volunteers of the Sian Bradwell Fund:

Advertising Printing Specifications

Our yearbook contains information and reports about all our events, donor lists, photographs, lists of equipment purchased for the hospitals, and doubles as a programme for the Sian Bradwell Softball Tournament.  The booklet is used by over 500 players, and is also distributed to

and other interested parties at all fundraising events.

Prizes, Products, Services

We can use just about anything that is contributed.  Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the cost of running our fundraising events remains very low, and we are able to auction many items to raise more funds for the purchase of medical equipment.

Donations

Monetary donations are always a great help, and make our task of fundraising that much easier.  Income tax receipts are provided for all donations, and 100% of all donations goes directly towards purchasing medical equipment.  We do not solicit by telephone or door-to-door, and donor information is given only to the Hospitals --- and then only for the purpose of providing income tax receipts.

All contributions made throughout the year are acknowledged in the yearbook through the printing of business cards, company logos or advertisements (deadline for submission of all copy:  June 15th of each year).

We invite all our sponsors to join us for a tour of the Haematology clinic and Oncology ward at the Montreal Children's Hospital, where the equipment we have purchased can be seen.  If you are interested in a tour, please contact Valerie Frost at: _514-934-4846.
