The Sian Bradwell Softball Tournament is a fundraiser for the Oncology Ward of the Montreal Children's Hospital.

Your team can play for free by

   1.  collecting a minimum of $500 in donations

Ask your colleagues at work to sponsor your team!  If each person on a team of 14 players collects just $50.00, that’s $700.00 directly towards much-needed equipment and your team’s registration fee is waived!  Get your company to contribute and it becomes even easier.  We can supply materials for circulation at the office to support you.  Call 630-2703 to order your supplies.

N.B.  Only $164 of this amount -- the difference between the $500 contribution and the registration fee of $336 -- is receiptable, due to CCRA [Canada Customs & Revenue Agency] rules.

2.  collecting $600 worth of advertisements from your business contacts for the annual book which is distributed to all players and sponsors.  Please contact us if you wish to use this method of payment, so that space for the advertisements can be reserved.  Refer to our web site for printing specifications and advertisement sizes.  Invoices are provided as proof of expense for tax purposes.
