1. Send an e-mail to:  info@sianbradwell.com   and include the following information:

• your name
• telephone number
• the number of individuals or family members participating on your team (maximum of 5 individuals)
• your preference of playing at 2:00 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.

This will allow us to schedule games appropriately and inform you of your start time. 

If you are playing with friends, please include their names so that -- if possible -- you can be scheduled to play on adjacent lanes.

2. Pay your registration fee of $10.00 per person.

Note that cheques may be dropped off at any branch of RBC if the envelope is marked "via internal mail".

While registration fees will be accepted at the door, we strongly recommend pre-registration to avoid delays.
